Kevin Jarrell - Director

Company Director Kevin Jarrell has worked in the audio-video industry since 1983 on both the end-user and dealer sides of the business. He spent 13 years with a religious publisher before taking a position as director of sales for a small audio-visual company. Kevin joined Technical Innovation, parent company of The Production Solutions Group, in 1997 as an integrated systems sales representative, and shortly thereafter moved over into the Production Services Group. Kevin is responsible for effective management of the company’s P & L, for maintaining superb customer satisfaction, and for keeping The Production Solutions Group technologically competitive in the market place.


Les Dennie - Production / Account Manager

Les Dennie, production/account manager, brings 17 years of industry experience to his position, 13 of them with this organization. During his career, Les has produced and managed corporate and entertainment events on the local, regional, and national levels for customers in a variety of industries. His attention-to-detail and organizational skills coupled with his broad-based experience provide his customers with events that meet and exceed their expectations time after time and deliver their messages clearly and with finesse. Les is a graduate of Arkansas State University with a Bachelor of Science in Radio/Television.


Tim Axford - Production / Account Manager

Tim Axford, production/account manager for The Production Solutions Group, began his career in the industry in the early 1980s as an audio-video technician. During his more than 20 years in the industry, he has served in a variety of roles including working as a consultant to the State of Tennessee on production of a series of industrial training videos at the Nissan Manufacturing Plant in Smyrna, Tennessee. He also held management positions at Consolidated Media Systems in Huntsville and Mobile, Alabama. The many clients who return to Tim year-after-year for production services attest to his commitment to customer service. Tim approaches every event, from the smallest local trade show exhibit to the largest international corporate event, with professionalism and enthusiasm.


Shaun McAdams - Production / Audio Manager

Shaun McAdams brings more than 10 years of sound reinforcement experience to his position as production/audio manager for The Production Solutions Group. A native of Lufkin, Texas, Shaun has lived and worked throughout the United States. His experience includes 8 years freelancing for companies including Sound Image, Audio Analyst, Actors Theatre of Louisville, and Multimedia Presentations Group. He has toured with Boz Scaggs, Something Corporate, and Ashley Parker Angel among others and has worked on projects with clients such as Baby Face, George Lucas, and former New York mayor, Rudy Giuliani.


Chuck Farthing - Production / Lighting Manager

Chuck Farthing joined The Production Solutions Group in July of 2001 as production/lighting manager. Chuck’s 26 years in the production business include more than 12 years in stage and production management and rigging as well as experience as the operations manager for a Nashville-area lighting company. He has also been on the road throughout the United States and Canada as a lighting director and designer for various country artists.


Eugene Whitaker - Production / Inventory Manager

Eugene Whitaker has been with The Production Solutions Group since 1987 and now serves as production and inventory manager. His experience in the industry spans more than 24 years. During that time, he has been involved in producing, directing, engineering, recording, shooting, and supervising a wide range of live events and radio productions. In his role as The Production Solutions Group’s production manager, Eugene has managed one of the organization’s key tours annually since 2003.


Adrian Alverson - Operations Manager

The Product Solutions Group’s operations manager, Adrian Alverson, is responsible for managing day-to-day operations and crew scheduling. Adrian, who has been with the organization since 1997, also works directly with clients, and since 2001, has served as chief video engineer and graphics designer for Lifeway’s "Living Proof Live with Beth Moore" event. Adrian’s experience includes providing engineering, projection, graphics design, and technical directing services in arenas, convention centers, and ballrooms nation-wide. A graduate of Western Kentucky University, he holds dual bachelors degrees in broadcasting and history.
