MEMPHIS, Tenn. – May 3, 2006 – When the 2006 Blues Music Awards, presented by The Blues Foundation, take center stage at the Memphis Cook Convention Center on May 11th, award winners and attendees are, once again, in for a treat. This year as in years past, the Awards show will be a sight and sound extravaganza featuring dramatic lighting, large-screen video, a full-blown concert-quality sound system and professionally produced live entertainment.
